Rick Farley

Owner/Funeral Director/Crematory Operator

Born in Dayton, Ohio, Rick Farley is a 1982 graduate of Morehead State University, Morehead, KY with a degree in business administration. In 1984, Rick went on to earn a degree from the Cincinnati College of Mortuary Science. After graduation, he joined Littleton Funeral Homes of Springfield (1984-1996) and ultimately managed Littleton’s Highland Chapel in West Liberty (1991-1996). Rick later joined the Newcomer Group (1996-2004) and was instrumental in developing new business throughout Ohio. He now serves as co-owner and general manager for Jennings Farley & Seeley Funeral Home & Crematory.

Anne Farley

Owner/Funeral Director

Anne was born and raised in Oakwood, Ohio. She is a Licensed Funeral Director and Licensed Social Worker. Anne is a graduate of Wright State University where she earned her master’s degree in mental health counseling. She has been a licensed funeral director since 1998 and a social worker since 1993. Along with her love of helping families during the funeral process, her other passion is facilitating support groups for adults and children, which she has done for many years. She is on the Board of Directors for Source Point (formerly The Council for Older Adults). Anne is an active member of New Hope Church and is the Chairman of the Outreach Committee. She also serves as The Director of Events and Volunteer Engagement for the Powell Animal Welfare Society (PAWS).

Kurt Seeley

Owner/Funeral Director/Crematory Operator

Kurt grew up in Bellefontaine and graduated from Benjamin Logan High School in 2007. In 2011, Kurt graduated with a Bachelor of Mortuary Science degree from the Cincinnati College of Mortuary Science. Kurt is a second-generation funeral director/embalmer. His father, David L. Seeley, worked for over 30 years serving the Logan County community at Eichholtz Funeral Home. Kurt started his career at Chiles-Laman Funeral Home in Lima, OH and later worked for a few years in Bowling Green, KY under Johnson-Vaughn-Phelps Funeral Home. After the passing of his father David in 2017, Kurt moved back home and began serving the Logan County community at Jennings Farley & Seeley Funeral Home. Later Kurt partnered with Rick Farley to become an owner of the funeral home. Kurt is currently serving on the Young Funeral Directors Committee. Kurt enjoys golfing, watching The Ohio State Buckeyes football team and spending time with family. Kurt married Elicia (Woodrum) in 2018; together they have a beautiful son, Bennett, who was born in 2024. Kurt and Elicia also have two beloved dogs, Bear and Axel.

Jill Klinger

Director Assistant/Reception Coordinator/Transportation Coordinator

Jill grew up in West Liberty and graduated from West Liberty-Salem High School, Class of 1982. She works not only for JFS, but also for Robinaugh EMS and Macochee Joint Ambulance District. Jill is married to William “Bill” Klinger and has three children J.R., Randy, and Autumn. Jill loves spending time with her family, especially her grandchildren.

Matt Vanscoy

Director Assistant/Crematory Operator/Transportation Assistant

Matt grew up in the Urbana area, graduating from Urbana high school in 1975. Matt joined the military shortly after high school and honorably served our country in the United States Army for 22 years. He has two adult MRDD children, Andrew and Allison, who he loves spending time with. Matt enjoys machine embroidery, laser cutting and engraving, and watching The Ohio State Buckeyes.

Keith "Skip" Link

Cemetery Operator

Keith “Skip” is a Logan County native who grew up in Bellefontaine. He graduated from Bellefontaine high school, Class of 1978. Skip also went to Ohio Hi-Point JVS for carpentry. He has been with the company for 14 years and has been the cemetery operator for 12 years.

Belinda Tracey

Belinda grew up in East Liberty. She attended Benjamin Logan high school, Class of 1977. She and her husband, Paul, own and operate Tracey’s Meat Packing in East Liberty. They have two children, Tarra and Brian. Belinda enjoys traveling in her spare time.

Teresa Yoder

Director Assistant/Reception Assistant/Transportation Assistant

Teresa grew up outside of Spring Hills, the youngest of 6 children. She graduated from Graham high school in 1982. Teresa lived the farm life for many years and later went to EMS in 2007. She works full-time at Indian Lake EMS and part-time at Macochee EMS, PRN at Robinaugh EMS, and Jennings Farley & Seeley. Teresa enjoys watching her grandkids play sports. She also likes to garden and read. Teresa is married to Eric Yoder and has three sons, two daughters-in-law, and four grandchildren.
