Virginia E. McDaniel 96, of West Liberty passed away Tuesday October 2, 2018 at Green Hills Care Center.  She was born October 10, 1921 in Urbana, Ohio, the daughter of Rev. Leonard A. and Neoma (Snarr) Peters. Mrs. McDaniel was a member of the First Church of God in West Liberty.  She was a loving wife, mother, grandmother and great grand mother and will be missed by many.  Survivors include her daughter Pamela A. (Frank) Stewart; son Richard (Janie) McDaniel; grandchildren and spouses Clark (Sharon) McDaniel, Jason (Amy) McDaniel, Denise (Phil) Casto, Jennifer Stewart, Stephanie Daniel, Jayme (Aaron) Taylor; great grandchildren Cole, Madison, Evan, Tristan, Reaghan, Aiden and Ashlyn; several nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by her husband Paul A. in 2002; also by her siblings Eileen Peters, Shirley King Kuhl, Kenneth Peters and Robert Peters. Pastor Ron Irick will officiate a funeral service 2:00 pm Sunday at Jennings Farley & Seeley Funeral Home & Crematory 5591 US Rt 68 S. West Liberty.  Visitation will be from 1:00 pm until time of service. If desired contributions may be directed to the charity of donor's choice.
