Teresa J. Harshbarger 55 Degraff, Ohio passed away Saturday, November 9, 2019 at Saint Rita's hospital in Lima Ohio.  She was born December 27, 1963 in Sidney, Ohio the daughter of Reyford and Phyllis Edwards Jarrett. Teresa retired from cosmetology, owning and operating the Riveria Salon of Russells Point with several years of service. Survivors include her husband Mark; her mother Phyllis Robb son Michael J. Hilgefort; daughter Kristina A. Hilgefort; Sisters Debbra  Westenberger and Becky Watkins; Brothers Tom Jarrett, Eric Jarrett and Birian Jarrett; several nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by her father. Memorial services will be held at 12 noon Friday, November 15 at Jennings Farley and Seeley Funeral Home 5591 US Route 68 S. West Liberty. Visitation will be from 10 AM until time of service.
