Stephan Alan May 61 of Bellefontaine passed away Sunday, March 25, 2018 at his residence surrounded by his family.

Stephan was born August 18, 1956 in Kenton, OH to the late Robert Dean and Sharon Kay (Taylor) May. On April 21, 1990 in Bellefontaine, OH he married Paulette "Jacki" Ruth Buckenroth.

Stephan enjoyed building radio control airplanes and riding his Harley. He loved spending time with his family. Stephan was a loving husband, father, grandfather, great grandfather, brother, uncle, cousin and friend. He will be deeply missed.

Stephan is survived by his wife, Jackie Ruth May, step children that were like his children, Judy Crawford and Jim P (Sherri) Brown; grandchildren, JD Crawford, Jason Crawford, Justin Crawford, Megan Jones, Jim P. Brown II, Brittanee Brown and Bethany Brown; great grandchildren, Lahna, Taihler, Cannon, Nollie, Sonny, Nova, Kaiden, Griffen, Piper, Gabriella and Brooklyn; brothers, David Randall (Regina) May and Robert Dean May; many nieces and nephews.

Stephan is preceeded in death by his parents; step son that was like his son, Larry "Sonny" Brown, great grandson, Brodie; brothers, Scott Douglas May, Kevin Wayne May and Thomas Eugene May.

A Memorial Service will be held 3:00 pm Monday, April 2, 2018 at Jennings Farley & Seeley Funeral Home & Crematory. Visitation will be held from 1:00 p.m. until time of service.
