Spring E Smith

Spring Smith 54, of Urbana passed away Sunday May 31, 2026, at Springfield Regional Hospital. She was born on April 22, 1972, in Aiken, South Carolina. Spring worked at the former Mercy McAuley Center in Urbana for 10 years. Her hobbies included doing puzzles, reading and spending time with family and friends. She was an ice cream enthusiast especially with butterscotch and lots of nuts. Survivors include her mother, Virginia Smith; daughters Winter Masters and Stormie Masters; brothers Simon J. Smith and James Haltermen; two grandsons Hayden Spurlock and Anthony Napper. She was preceded in death by her father James A. Smith. A Funeral service will be held at 12:00 noon Monday June 8, 2026, at Jennings Farley & Seeley Funeral Home and Crematory 5591 US Highway 68 S. West Liberty, Ohio 43357. Visitation will be from 10:00 AM until time of service.
