Sandra K. Dugan Lilley

Daughter, sister, niece, momma, grandma, “Mimmie”, Aunt Kay and Ms. Lilley, was who Sandra Kay (Dugan) Lilley was known as before life's unexpected calling ended early morning on July 24, 2026, at home peacefully and serenely.

Sandra was born on October 16, 1943, in Bellefontaine, Ohio. Sandra was a Bellefontaine High School graduate, Class of 1961. She moved to Massillon, Ohio where she lived throughout the duration of her life.

Sandra is preceded in death by her parents, Billie and Gloria Jean Dugan, and great grandparents, Pa and Ruthie Hughes.

She leaves behind her loving family: daughter Michelle R. Harwig (Dave), granddaughter Ayla M. Lilley-Brown, great granddaughters Leeana R. Fitzgerald and Sage B. Simon, grandson Gunner J. Simon, brother Thomas Dugan, and nephew Doug Dugan.

Sandra had a creative spirit. For her, crafting, creating art, and scrapbooking were more than a hobbies – they were ways to bring friends and family together. She enjoyed spending time with her loved ones, passing her creative touch down to everyone around her. Sandra’s years serving as a Brownie and Girl Scout Leader have genuinely left a lasting footprint on those around her.

Services will be held on Friday, July 31, 2026, at Jennings Farley & Seeley Funeral Home, 5591 US Highway 68 S, West Liberty, Ohio 44357. Viewing will be held from 11:00 - 12:00 p.m. with the service directly to follow. Interment in Highland Memorial Cemetery.
