Ruth Ann Nicholl 85, of West Liberty, passed away Saturday November 17, 2018 at Mary Rutan Hospital surrounded by her loving family.  She was born June 13, 1933 in Bellefontaine, the daughter Ray & Cleo (Hoge) Norton.  She was one of fourteen children.  She was preceded in death by her siblings Phil, Lester, Chester, Ray Jr., Betty and Sharon. She was also preceded in death by her son-in-law Joseph Foreman and the father of her children Ronald K.A. Nicholl.  Ruth was a loving homemaker, babysitter, and a member of the Bellefontaine Church of God. She will be missed by many. Survivors include her siblings Larry, Ralph, Joan, Carolyn, Bill, Bob and Jean; her five children Jim (Cheryl) Nicholl, Jane Foreman, Beverly (Tony) Willis, Dianna (Don) Small, Bill (Tammy) Nicholl. Her grandchildren include Kris Nicholl, Katrina (Bill) Low, Michelle (Josh) Miller, Jason (Katie) Foreman, Amanda (Don) Hura, Bethany Small, Cara Small, Zachariah Small, Staff Sgt. Johnathan (Dani) Willis, Sgt. Michael (Aileen) Willis, Katie (Joel) Krabill, Jacob (Savanah) Willis, Patrick Willis, Noah (Amanda) Nicholl and Nathan Nicholl. Also surviving are 19 great grandchildren with another one due in April of 2019. She is also a great-great grandmother of one, with another one due in May of 2019; several nieces and nephews. Pastor Gary Brown will officiate a funeral service at 11:00 am Wednesday November 21 ^st at Jennings Farley & Seeley Funeral Home & Crematory 5591 US Rt 68 S. West Liberty, Ohio 43357.  Visitation will be Tuesday from 5-8 PM at the funeral home, as well as 1 hour prior to the service on Wednesday  Burial will be in Fairview Cemetery West Liberty.
