Russell Dwight Wampler 71, of Bellefontaine passed away Saturday June 15, 2024 at his residence surrounded by his family.  He was born October 13, 1952 the son of the late Chalmer and Kathryn (Reynolds) Wampler.  Survivors include his wife Nancy;  his children Russell Lee Wampler, Timothy (Christina) Wampler, Kathryn Ann (Brandon) Thompson; sister Beverly Jean (Steven) Pence; grandchildren include Samantha and Amanda Wampler, Zoe Ann Marie Wampler, Jason and Jonathan Wampler, Emma and Aiden Wells; eight great grandchildren; several nieces, nephews, cousins and a host of friends.  He was preceded in death by his brother Robert Wampler.  A celebration of life will be held at the convenience of the family.  Arrangements are in the care of Jennings Farley & Seeley Funeral Home and Crematory.
