Russell O. Allison 89 of Bellefontaine, passed away Friday February 15, 2019 at Logan Acres. He was born October 23, 1929 in DeGraff, Ohio the son of Charles M. and Mabel (Easton) Allison. Russell retired from DAB and was Veteran of US Airforce. Survivors include his daughter Cindy White; son Dave (Deb) Allison; sister Doris (Larry) Neff; brother Melvin (Evelyn) Allison; sister-in-law Barbara Allison; grandchildren Shannon (Brett) Paulins, Michael A. (Sara) White Jr., Andrew Allison (Shannon Butler), Christopher Allison (Valerie Kramer); great grandchildren Tyler Allen (Katie Allen) and Elizabeth White; great great grandchild Emberly Allen; several nieces and nephews. He was preceded in death by his wife Mabel Maxine (Stayrook) Allison whom he married October 23, 1955. In addition to his wife his son-in-law Michael A. White; sisters and brothers-in-law Florence (Woody) Strickland, Bertha (Gail) Curl, Esther (Robert) Black; brother Roger Allison. Pastor Bryan Meadows will officiate a Funeral Service 11:00 am on Saturday February 23, 2019 at Jennings Farley & Seeley Funeral Home & Crematory 5591 US Rt 68 S. Visitation will be from 10:00 am until of service. Logan County Honor Guard will perform military honors at the conclusion of the service. Burial will be in Highland Memorial Cemetery.
