Ronald Alan Herbert, born June 7, 1949 to Arthur & Lucille Shively Herbert.  He graduated from Centerville HS in 1967. He married Carol Brown in 1980, she preceded him in death in 2014. Also preceding in death were both parents, & Shelties Razzle & Robbie. He was an avid reader & genealogist & also loved camping. He retired from Super Foods/Nasch Finch in 2014 after 37 years.

Survived by stepdaughter Wendy (Doug) Wren, beloved partner Bobbi Hevelin, grandchildren Miranda (Nizar) Zahraoui & Bekah (John Golay) Wren and great grandchild Zach Zahraoui. Also his beloved Shelties Jo, Dazzle & Razzie.

Memorial contributions made be made to OSU Ross Heart Hospital or Northside Animal Clinic.
