Roberta Mary Mullins 73, of West Liberty, passed away Friday October 19, 2018 in her home surrounded by her loving family. She was born December 21, 1944 in Hamtramck, Michigan, the daughter of George S. and Eleanor F. (Riskey) Kosmatka. Roberta was a retired Nurse from St Rita's Health Care system with over 40 years of service, she also held a CCDClll addiction counseling certificate, and was very proud of those she helped. She was a member of the St. Charles Catholic Church in Lima. Survivors include her husband Michael J. Mullins; daughters Heather (Robert) Rahrig, Lisa (Matt) Lipsky; sister Judy (Carl) Poe; brothers Dale (Judy) Kosmatka, Terry (Kim) Kosmatka; grandchildren Nick and Nate Aleshire; great grandson Elias James Aleshire; stepsons Timothy (Jessica) Mullins, David (Michelle) Mullins, Joseph (Christie) Mullins; her beloved Golden Retriever Sadie. She was preceded in death by her parents and one son James Aleshire. There will be a gathering of family and friends from 2-4 PM Saturday Nov 3, 2018 at Jennings Farley & Seeley Funeral Home & Crematory 5591 US Route 68 S. West Liberty, Ohio 43357.
