Robert H. Shape, 79 of Lakekview, OH passed away Saturday, December 9, 2017 at Covington Care Center, Covington, OH.

Robert was born July 16, 1938 in Rushsylvania, Ohio to the late Carl G. and Lenore Rae (Wall) Shape.

Robert proudly served the United States Army, The National Guard of Ohio and the United States Army Reserve. During Robert's military career he took part in the Korean Conflict. He also assisted communities durning the Blizzard of 1978 and he helped with the cleanup efforts after the Tornado struck Xenia, Ohio in 1974. He was Honorably Discharged in 1962, 1984 and 1988.

He is survived by his son, Jeffery G. Shape; daughters, Lagina R. (David) Brun and Robyn L. (Charles M.) Hughes; grandchildren, Michelle Corwin, Justin Nelson, Branden (Shelby) Shape, Amber Motter, Scott Shape, Alexander (Tyler Ann) Shape, Kyle Hughes, Brooke Hughes, Laranda Pickering and Lewis "Trey" Pickering; several great grandchildren; sister, Anne Smith; many nieces and nephews.

He is preceeded in death by 4 Sister's and 6 Brother's
