Richard "Dick" Weeks, 88 of Bellefontaine passed away Thursday, January 20, 2022 at the Green Hills Community.

Dick was born February 27, 1933 in Bellefontaine to the late William C. and Nellie F. (Plum) Weeks. On June 22, 1952 He married the love of his life Jane Howard, who survives.

Dick was an avid golfer. He enjoyed playing cards, mainly euchre and bridge. He also really enjoyed trips to the casino with Jane and play the penny slots. Dick was a loving husband, father, grandfather, great grandfather, brother, uncle and friend. He will be deeply missed by all who knew him.

He is survived by his loving wife of 70 years, Jane Weeks; children, Rick (Joanie) Weeks and Doug (Cindi) Weeks; daughter-in-law, Sharman Weeks; 6 grandchildren; several loving great grandchildren; many nieces and nephews.

He is preceded in death by his parents; son, Jon Weeks; siblings, Bus Weeks, Thelma Shroyer, Helen Miller, Ruth Weeks, Bill Weeks, Phyllis Carter.

A Memorial Service will be held Wednesday, January 26, 2022 at 1:00 p.m. at Jennings Farley & Seeley Funeral Home & Crematory. Visitation will be held from 11:00 until the time of the service.
