Phyllis Jean Swingley 78, of Bellefontaine, passed away Sunday December 3, 2017 at OSU Wexner Medical Center. She was born March 26, 1939 the daughter of Myrl and Ruth (Seaman) Channell. She married John D. Swingley December 6, 1963 and he preceded her in death in June 2017. Phyllis enjoyed spending time with her family and especially her grandchildren, she was also an avid NASCAR fan. Survivors include her sons Duane (Jennifer) Swingley, Michael Kleiber and Robert Kleiber; daughter Connie (Jack) Rausch; grandchildren David (Cheyenne) Swingley, Hunter Swingley, Ethan Swingley, Delayne Swingley, Kurt Rausch, Lorinda Rausch and Jennifer Kleiber; several nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by her sons David Thomas Swingley and Ronald Alan Kleiber. Memorial services will be held 6:00 pm Sunday Dec 10, at Jennings Farley & Seeley Funeral Home 5591 US Rt 68 S.
