Payne Anthony Franklin Terhall 19, formerly of Bellefontaine passed away Saturday December 30th 2017 in Grove City. He was born June 17, 1998 in Bellefontaine. Survivors include his parents Jennifer and Brock Ruble; grandparents Keith and Dee Huffman, Bill and Joyce Ruble; several aunts uncles and cousins. He was preceded in death by his paternal grandmother Peg Terhall. A celebration of life gathering of family and friends will be held
