Norman H. Russell 80, of Bellefontaine, passed away Monday December 18, 2017 at his residence. He was born May 31, 1937 in Quincy, Ohio the son of William H. and Edith L. (Speece) Russell. Norman retired from Glacier Diado and was a service member of the Army Reserve. He was an avid NASCAR fan and worked at Shady Bowl as a flagman for a few years. On August 6, 1960 he married Marlene (Nichols) and she survives. He is also survived by his children Mark (Teri) Russell, Ken (Shelley) Russell , Lisa Russell, Norm E. (Cappy) Russell; grandchildren Andrea Reid, Katie Russell, Clay Russell, Taylor Russell, Nick (Courtney) Russell, Jordan (Ammanda) Russell, Makayla Russell, Hunter Russell, Ashley Russell and Sarah Russell; great grandchildren Brooklyn and Sophia Reid, Dameion and Lalla Wright, Carter and Addalynn Russell. Pastor Randy Reed will officiate a funeral service 10:30 am Friday Dec 22, 2017 at Jennings Farley & Seeley Funeral Home & Crematory 5591 US Rt 68 South West Liberty.
