Norma Jane Rumer

Norma Rumer 84 of Bellefontaine passed away on June 14th 2026 in her loving home at Logan Acres. She was born in Bellefontaine to the late Ruth and Melvin Berry. Norma is now in heaven with her Husband Warren Rumer and Son Chris Rumer, along with many other loved ones.

Norma babysat many children over the years and touched many lives. Norma’s babysitting children became her family and loved her endlessly. She loved to go to Florida where they had their second home in Okeechobee. Her and Warren loved spending time with friends and family in Florida, and back at home in Ohio. 

Private graveside services will be held at the convenience of the family.  Burial will be in Highland Memorial Cemetery. Arrangements are in the care of Jennings Farley and Seeley Funeral Home.
