Mary Ruth (Seabolt) Hooker, 83 of Columbus Grove, Ohio passed away Thursday December 24, 2020 in her home surrounded by her family.  She was born June 7, 1937 in Pineville, Kentucky; to the late Orville and Cora (Bradshaw) Seabolt.  On February 5, 1957 she married the love of her life, Ephriam Hooker, who passed away November 14, 1980.

Mary is survived by her children; Hugo Hooker (Karen Davis), Martin Hooker (Betty Daniels), Lisa Dye (Mickey), Angela Miller (Kip),  Diane Harnishfeger (Frank) and Curtis Hooker; 18 grandchildren many great grandchildren.

She was also preceded in death by her siblings Orville Seabolt Jr,  Arthur Seabolt and   Pauline Evans. Her surviving siblings include, Vernon Seabolt, Ruby McGeorge, Dorothy Philpot, Wanda Hoskins, Willie Seabolt, Juanita Martin, and Geraldine Davis.

She worked at several factories throughout her life, but her true enjoyment was working with residents as a nurses aide. She loved gatherings with family & friends, crocheting, playing bingo, and doing crafts or working on puzzles and puzzle books.

A memorial service will be held at a later date.  Arrangements are in the care of Jennings Farley & Seeley Funeral Home & Crematory.
