March 18, 1958 – January 26, 2022
Mark A. Carter, 63 of Bellefontaine passed away suddenly Wednesday, January 26, 2022 at Mary Rutan Hospital surrounded by his family.

In everything he did, he employed a "do whatever it takes to make it perfect" mentality. He enjoyed sports and was an avid Buckeye fan.
