Marian Sue Hawthorne 85, of Bellefontaine, passed away Saturday July

27, 2024, at Mary Rutan Hospital. She was born August 1, 1938 in

Warsaw, Ohio. The daughter of Clarence and Theresa (Croy) Bible. Sue

enjoyed gardening, sewing, building puzzles, and spending time with her

family and friends.

Survivors include her sons David (Patty) Gress, Jeffrey (Lisa) Gress;

daughter Theresa (Greg) Buxton; grandchildren Chad (Jennifer) Gress,

Carlie (David) Hittle, Vanessa Gress, Robert Gress, Katie (Jake)

Watkins; great grandchildren; Gavin, Colton, Makayla, Isabella,

Bronson and Christian Gress, Hallie Hittle, Greyson and Hayes Watkins;

brother William Bible. She was preceded in death by her parents; great

granddaughter Leanne Marie Hittle; sister Barbara Howell; brothers

John Bible and Charles (Butch) Bible.

Memorial services will be held at the convenience of the family at a later

date. Arrangements are in the care of Jennings Farley Seeley Funeral
