Linda L. Neeley 70 of Bellefontaine, formerly of DeGraff, passed away Thursday July 12, 2018 at Mary Rutan Hospital. She was born December 26, 1947 in Kenton, Ohio, the daughter of Charles and Thelma (Dodson) Stone. Survivors include her sons William Neeley and Mitchell Neeley; brother Bud Osborn; sister Barb Scholfield; several grandchildren. Pastor Bryan Meadows will officiate a memorial service 6:00 PM Wednesday at Jennings Farley & Seeley Funeral Home & Crematory 5591 US Rt 68 S. West Liberty.
