Lillian Kay Hamm 74, of West Liberty, passed away Monday December 24, 2018 unexpectedly at Ohio State University  Wexner Medical Center. She was born July 23, 1944 in Bellefontaine, Ohio: the daughter of Anson"Bud" and Ruth (Harshbarger) Alspaugh. Survivors include her husband Marine "Pete" Hamm; children Terry (Kaleen) Hamm, Jill (Bill) Rowe, Tige (Michelle) Hamm; sister Naomi (Bill) Heminger, grandchildren Terin Hamm, Kalin Hamm, Kary (Thomas) Henry, Gage Hamm, Gavin Hamm, Madelynn Hamm, Marleigh Hamm, Dylan Rowe and Chelsea Defibaugh; five great grandchildren; several nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by her parents and two siblings Mary Conger and Eugene "Ike" Alspaugh. Funeral services will be held 11:00 am Saturday at the Monroe Community Church 6458 County Rd 29 West Liberty, Ohio 43357. Visitation will be Friday from 4-7 pm at Jennings Farley & Seeley Funeral Home 5591 US Rt 68 S. West Liberty. Burial will be in Highland Cemetery.
