Josephine F. Rowe 98, of West Liberty, passed away Tuesday February 4, 2025, surrounded by her family in her home. She was born April 12, 1926 in Gloversville, New York, the daughter of Andino & Louise Cioffi. Survivors include her children Nell (Doug) Ormsbee, Gordon (Dianne) Mosteller; 7 grandchildren; 19 great grandchildren. In addition to her parents she was preceded in death by her husband Terry Rowe and her son James Mosteller.    A private family directed Celebration of Life will be at the convenience of her family.  Arrangements are in the care of Jennings Farley & Seeley Funeral Home and Crematory.
