John D. Reynolds Sr., 78 of Bellefontaine, passed away Thursday, January 28, 2021 at Riverside Methodist Hospital.

John was born June 27, 1942 in Columbus. His parents were David A Reynolds and Anna Frances (Kleinman) Reynolds.

John served in the US Army as tank crewman from 1961 to 1964. He was a 29 year machinist for Rockwell International, managed AmVets Post 105 and retired from LoganView after 10 years of service in 2010. He enjoyed golf, and bowling and Ohio State Football. His greatest pleasures were traveling and spending time with his many grandchildren.

He is survived by his wife of 43 years, Lynn Reynolds, children; Sandy (Chuck) Wilgus, John (Gina) Reynolds Jr, Brad (Tracy) Reynolds, and Robert (Kelli) Reynolds; sixteen grandchildren and 10 great-grandchildren.

He is preceded in death by son, John Anderson and grandchildren Tiffany Reynolds and Ryan Reynolds.

Visitation will be held at Jennings Farley & Seeley funeral home from 3:00 p.m. – 6:00 p.m. on Wednesday, February 3 ^rd . Services will be held at 6: 00 p.m. Please observe the wearing of masks and social distancing.
