Jamie David Johnson 42, of West Liberty, passed away Tuesday April 3, 2018 in his home, surrounded by his family.

He was born February 16, 1976 in Piqua, Ohio.  Jamie was self-employed in the construction industry for many years.

Survivors include his wife April (Reisinger) Johnson; daughters Alyssa and Autumn Johnson; mother Anita Patten (Robert Tackett); father Jim Johnson; sister Lisa Johnson; maternal grandparents John and Billie Patten.  He is also survived by loving in-laws, aunts, uncles, cousins, nieces and nephews.

As a self-proclaimed wicked ninja he was unable to defeat his biggest adversary, melanoma cancer. Jamie faced cancer with bravery and fought like a warrior.

Funeral services will be held 10:30 am Tuesday April 10, 2018 at Jennings Farley & Seeley Funeral Home & Crematory, 5591 US Rt 68 South, West Liberty, Ohio 43357. Visitation will be Monday from 2-4 and 6-8 pm.
