James E. Inskeep 60 of Findlay formerly of Bellefontaine passed away unexpectedly Monday November 25, 2019 at Blanchard Valley Hospital.  He was born February 20, 1959 in Bellefontaine, Ohio the son James L. and Janet (Larry) Inskeep.  James was an avid Ohio State Buckeyes Fan and a roller coaster enthusiast. He was employed by Graham Packaging as a maintenance electrician. He was a loving husband, father, son, brother and friend who will be missed by many.   Survivors include his wife Paula; mother Jan; sons David and James Inskeep; step children Hollie and Gage Longoria; sister Debbra Yoder; grandchildren Garret, Emily, Amy, Cheyenne, Ruby, Paisleigh, Anthony and Ariana; several nieces and nephews. He was preceded in death by his father; son Eddie; and two siblings Lowell Inskeep, and Pamela Inskeep.  Pastor Bryan Meadows will officiate a memorial service 4:00 PM Sunday at Jennings Farley & Seeley Funeral Home 5591 US Rt 68. West Liberty.  Visitation will be from 2:00 PM until time of service.
