James W Browning 39 of Springfield, passed away Monday, March 12, 2018 at his home.

He was born in Springfield, Ohio on December 7th 1978 to Walter J. Browning and the late Mary Charlene "Smith" Rose. He also is proceeded in death by his brother Bryon K Smith.

He is survived by his 3 children, Kristle Bevington of Springfield, Taysha Browning of Bellefontaine and Bryon Browning of Springfield; 3 grandchildren, Khloe, Tay'Lynn, and Bryon Jr; stepdad Bill Rose of Bellefontaine; brother, Joey (Angie) Browning of Bellefontaine; sisters, Michelle Smith of Bellefontaine, Lisa (Phil) Mercurio of Enon, Heather (Jason) Poll of Bellefontaine; and many nieces and nephews.

He attended Indian Lake High School and worked in construction most of his life. He loved spending time with his family and friends. He will forever be missed by everyone who knew him.

A funeral service will be held Tuesday, March 20, 2018 at 6:00 p.m. at Jennings Farley & Seeley Funeral Home & Crematory. Visitation will be held from 4:00 to time of service on Tuesday.

In lieu of flowers memorial contributions may be made to the American Cancer Society.
