Inalee Liggett, 91 of West Liberty, passed away Thursday November 15, 2018 at Logan Acres Senior Community.  She was born on July 9, 1923 in Columbus, Ohio, to the late W. Lebbeaus and Besse C. (Phillips) Spangler.  She was also preceded in death by her husband of 43 years James Liggett and three brothers.  Inalee was a faithful member of Jehovah's Witness for 71 years.  A memorial service will be held 4:00 PM Saturday December 15, 2018 the Kingdom Hall of Jehovah's Witness, 1801 Wright Street, Bellefontaine, Ohio 43311.  Visitation will be one hour prior to the service.  Arrangements are in the care of Jennings Farley & Seeley Funeral Home & Crematory 5591 US Route 68 S.
