Gary L. Sampson 70, of Bellefontaine entered the gates of Heaven with praise on June 15, 2021. He was born October 16, 1950 in Bellefontaine to David & Anne (Ganson) Sampson.   He retired from Plastipak as an Electrician.  Gary was always smiling and loved his Jesus. He was known as a prayer warrior and loved his family and church.  Heaven has gained the best man ever, and he his right where he wanted to be in the arms of his savior. Survivors include his wife of 51 years Deborah (Sheeley) Sampson; mother Anne Sampson; daughter Robin (Mike) Burton; brother Steve (Susan) Sampson; sisters Joyce (Bill) Hardman, Nancy (Dave) Howell, Patty (Dub) Tharp; sister in law Judy Sampson; grandchildren Jamie Burton, Joshua (Kristen) Burton; great grandchildren Willow, Ryder and Nova. He was preceded in death by his father David; his son James Sampson and his brother John Sampson.  A Celebration of Life service will be held 11:00 am Saturday June 19, 2021 at First Friends Church 808 W. Columbus Ave Bellefontaine, Ohio 43311.  Visitation will be from 10:00 AM until time of service.
