Fred Lee Stevenson, 89, of Bellefontaine, passed away Friday December 15, 2017 at Heartland of Bellefontaine.  He was born December 9, 1928 in Union County, the son of Harold and Hazel Irene (Penhorwood) Stevenson.  Mr. Stevenson was a 1947 graduate of Zanesfield High School and an Army Veteran of the Korean War. He spent most of his career as a Carpenter at LPZ Construction with 40 plus years of service.   He was a life member of the NRA, and an avid fan of the Cleveland Cavaliers and the Ohio State Buckeyes.  He enjoyed fishing, deer hunting and multiple other outdoor activities, he was also quite an accomplished gardener. Survivors include his children, Jackie Lyn Stevenson, Fred Michael Stevenson, and Richard Lee (Donna Kay) Stevenson; grandchildren Lindsay, Elizabeth, Mason and Garrett Stevenson; friend Barbara Smith. He was preceded in death by his daughter Judy Ann Stevenson, sister Lois Titus, and grandson Jeffrey Stevenson.
