Francine Kay Kauffman, 73 of Bellefontaine passed away Friday, June 24, 2022 in Lima, OH at the St. Rita's Medical Center. Francine was loved by many and to honor her a Graveside Service will take place Tuesday, June 28, 2022 at 10:30 a.m. at Fairview Cemetery-West Liberty. The family is in the care of Jennings Farley & Seeley Funeral Home & Crematory.
