Douglas R. Evans 60 of Bellefontaine passed away unexpectedly on September 23rd, 2024 at He was born December 24th, 1963 in West Union, Ohio, the son of Harold and Bonnie Evans.  Doug was preceeded  in death by his parents, and a grandson Gideon Stephans.  Doug is survived by his sons Dale Evans, Johnathan (Ally) Evans , Douglas (Joanna)Evans Jr.; daughters Trisha (Dave) Cook, Bonnie Evans, Margo Purtee, Brittany Evans, and Jessica (Isaiah) Stephans. He is also survived by his siblings Mark (Ty) Evans , Cynthia (Bill) Giles, Pamela (Doug) Morrison, Elizabeth (Jeremy )Burd, Patricia (Mike) Pikey, and Annabelle Evans . Many Grandchildren, Aunts &Uncles. Although Doug spent most of his years in the De Graff/Quincy area his birthplace of Adams County Ohio held a special place in his heart.  On June 3,1995, he married Angela Teague and though divorced she remained the love of his life.  Doug had a lifelong best friend Doug Upton; together they
made many memories.
He loved his dog (Baby) and she adored him in return. Doug thought the world of his grandchildren and was proud of each of them. Doug will be deeply missed in this world . However ,we have a hope he is now with his momma right where he has wanted to be for sometime. A celebration of life will be held at the DeGraff Park 101 Pleasant Street DeGraff, Ohio October 13, 2024 from 2 -4 PM.  Arrangements are in the care of Jennings Farley & Seeley Funeral Home and Crematory.
