Doris Lucille "Dode" Neff, 82 of Bellefontaine passed away Thursday,
May 14, 2020 at Green Hills Community Center.
Doris was born February 20, 1938 in Degraff to the late Charles Monroe
and Mabel Elizabeth (Easton) Allison. On February 9, 1957 in
Richmond, IN she married the love of her life Larry Dee Neff, who
survives.
Dode was simple woman who was most happy spending time with her
family. She also enjoyed her daily visits to the bowling alley where she
had many lifelong friends. Dode will be remembered by her sharp wit
and fierce dedication to those she loved.
She is survived by her husband; sons, Lonny "Lon" (Kim) Neff and
Chad Neff; grandchildren, Janua Jarrett, Steve (Sarah) Neff, Doug
(Sonya) Neff and McKenna Neff; great grandchildren, Lexi Jarrett, Jake
Jarrett, Grace Neff, Emily Neff, Lucy Neff, Ryanne Neff, Logan Neff
and Bella Neff; brother, Melvin Allison; many nieces and nephews.
She is preceded in death by her parents; siblings, Roger Allison, Russ
Allison, Bertha Curl, Florence Strickland and Esther Black.
A Private Family Service will take place at a later date.
