David M. Sweeney 67, of Bellefontaine passed away Wednesday Oct 18, 2017 at Mary Rutan Hospital. He was born Nov 28, 1949 the son of Kenneth and Veda (Eldridge) Sweeney. David was retired from Plasticpak in Jackson Center. Survivors include his sisters Martha Janie York and Cynthia Ann McIntire; brothers Andrew C. Jones and William Mike Sweeney; several nieces, nephews and cousins. He was preceeded in death by his parents and one brother Daniel Paul Sweeney. Memorial services will be held at the convenience of the family at a later date. In Lieu of flowers contributions may be directed to the family.
