David C. Manning 63, of Bellefontaine passed away Tuesday December 26, 2017 at his home surrounded by his loving family.  He was born August 29, 1954 in Wellsboro, Pennsylvania the son of Clair Willard and Mabel E. (Hepburn) Manning.  David retired from Health Care as an Independent Financial consultant. He was kind hearted, and a great humanitarian helping others with many different needs.  Survivors include his wife Barri; daughters Nikki (Todd) Cleveland, Becky (Cory) Horning; son Jim (Sara) Manning; step son Jim (Heather) Weimer; brother Jim E. (Linda) Manning; sisters Frances (JD) Rice, Connie (Bob) Morral; grandchildren Kambri, Landri, Rilyne (Sam), Leah, Hannah and Devon; mother-in-law Mary Ann Downing; sisters-in-law Lonni (Brandon) Roberts, Terri (Chad) Pulfer; several nieces and nephews; special friend Trey Ballard and his dogs Nicky, Clair, Tommy and Toby.  Memorial services will be held at a later date.  Arrangements are in the care of Jennings Farley & Seeley Funeral Home & Crematory.  Email condolences may be directed to www.jenningsfarley.com
