David Eric Barney 55, formerly of Bellefontaine passed away Thursday October 18, 2018 in Fairborn, Ohio. He was born October 21, 1962 in Kenton, Ohio, the son of the late Joseph and Margaret (Mullen) Barney. Private memorial services will be held the convenience of the family. Arrangements are in the care of Jennings Farley & Seeley Funeral Home & Crematory West Liberty.
