Daniel Thompson, 71 of DeGraff, OH passed away Thursday, October 28, 2021 at his residence surrounded by his family.

Dan was born at home on April 4, 1950 outside of DeGraff to the late Ann E. (Watkins-Thompson) Vest.

Dan graduated from Riverside High School in 1968. He retired from Cargill in Sidney, OH after 20 plus years of dedicated work.

He is survived by his wife Judith (Foster-Sanders) Thompson; sons, Tom (Mary) Sanders and Tim (Martha) Sanders both of DeGraff; 11 grandchildren; brothers, Ray (Alice) Thompson, Randy (Sandy) Thompson and Keith (Dawn) Thompson; sisters, Karol (Chuck) Creger, Thelma (Bill) Purtee and Tammy (Ron) Purtee; numerous nieces and nephews.

He is preceded in death by his mother and a granddaughter; sister, Terena Kay Thompson.

There will be private family services at a later date.
