CHARLES 'CHUCK' EDWARD SMITH JR., 59, of Bellefontaine, passed away Monday, September 23, 2024 in Oklahoma City. He was born in Chicago, Illinois on July 19, 1965 the son of the late Charles E. Smith Sr. and his loving mother, Mary (Hall) Smith of Bellefontaine, who will miss him dearly.

Chuck loved Ohio State Football and was a 1984 Graduate of Bellefontaine High School. He was an avid karaoke enthusiast, always eager to share his vocal talents and sing his favorite songs.

Chuck is survived by his children, whom he loved dearly: Nala (Josh) Phillips, Brandon Brown Smith, Dominique Ruble; his sister, Stephanie (Greg) Krouse, of Bellefontaine; and his niece Tianna Krouse.

He leaves behind his uncles, aunts, and many cousins who will deeply miss him, along with numerous friends who will forever cherish his memory.

A gathering of family and friends will be held from 1pm-4pm Friday, Oct. 11th in the JENNINGS FARLEY & SEELEY FUNERAL HOME & Crematory, 5591 US 68 South, West Liberty, Ohio 43357.
