Billie Jo "Sissy" Salyer, 39 of Bellefontaine passed away Sunday, June 20, 2021 surrounded by her loving family.

Sissy was born February 3, 1982 in Sidney, OH to Phillip M. and Sharon D. (Robinson) Salyer Sr.

Sissy enjoyed long walks and going to garage sales. She loved spending time with her children, family & friends and her beloved dog Lady. She was a loving mother, companion, daughter, sister, aunt and friend. She will be deeply missed by all who knew and loved her.

She is survived by her loving children, James Robert Allen Salyer, Kaeley Marie Gillenwater, Alivia Brianne Gillenwater and Alia Marie Mattox; loving companion of 21 years, Mike R. Gillenwater; mother, Sharon D. Salyer; siblings, Phillip Marion Salyer Jr., Mark Salyer, Tracey (Bob) Salyer, Chad (Angie) Salyer and Tonya (Bobbie) Salyer; several nieces and nephews.

She is preceded in death by her father, Phillip M. Salyer Sr.; sister-in-law, Holly Salyer; brother, William A. Salyer; grandparents, William Alvis & Ella (Good) Robinson.

A Celebration of Life will take place Thursday, July 1, 2021 at 1:00 p.m. at Jennings Farley & Seeley Funeral Home & Crematory, 5591 US Route 68 South, West Liberty, OH, 43357. Visitation will be held from 11:00 until the time of the service.
