Betty A. Wilcoxon 86, of DeGraff passed away unexpectedly Monday July 23, 2018 in her home. She was born March 21, 1932 in South Webster, Ohio; the daughter of James and Rosa (Gillium) Smith. She retired from Siemens as an inspector with over 40 years of service. Survivors include her children Connie (Gary) Grollmus, Donny (Kelley) Davis, Beverly (Fred) Horne, Lowell (Kathryn) Davis; sister in-law Arlene Smith; eleven grandchildren, two great grandchildren, and one great great grandchild. She was preceded in death by her daughter Vicki Kiser, and all her siblings. Pastor Brad Angus will officiate a funeral service at 10:30 am Saturday July 28, 2018 at Jennings Farley & Seeley Funeral Home & Crematory 5591 US Rt 68 S. West Liberty, Ohio 43357. Visitation will be from 4-7 PM Friday. Burial will be in Highland Memorial Cemetery
