Barbara Jean Searle-Hone 73, of Belle Center, went home to be with the Lord Sunday November 11, 2018.  She was born December 26, 1944 in Bellefontaine to the late Gary M. and Dorothy (Poland) Smith.  Barbara retired from Honda of America East Liberty. She was an active member of the First Friends Church of Bellefontaine, and loved her family and friends especially traveling with her motor home family group.

Barbara was preceded in death by husband Robert Searle, her son Daniel Ray Ganson, and her brother William (Bill) Smith.

Survivors include her husband Don E. Hone whom she married in July 2018; daughter Christine (Robert) Van Winkle; son David Eugene Ganson; brothers Dick and Mike Smith; former husband Ray Ganson; stepchildren Don L. Hone and Deena O'Reilly; seven grandchildren and 8 great grandchildren.

Pastor Matt Sandlin will officiate a funeral service 11:00 am Friday November 16 ^th at Jennings Farley & Seeley Funeral Home & Crematory 5591 US Rt 68 South West Liberty, Ohio 43357.   Visitation will be Thursday from 6-8 pm at the funeral home as well as 10:00 am Friday prior to funeral.  Burial will be Highland Cemetery.
