Anthony Tony Payne 67, of Bellefontaine passed away Wednesday December 13, 2017 at Riverside Methodist Hospital in Columbus, Ohio. He was born February 16, 1950 in Bellefontaine, the son of James C. and Yuriasan (Edwards) Payne.  He was a 1969 graduate of Bellefontaine High School and worked as a funeral home assistant in Bellefontaine, West Liberty and Lima with over 20 years of service. Survivors include his brothers Rick (Dee Hassel) Payne, Jeff (Joetta Spain) Payne; two nieces and one nephew.  He was preceded in death by his parents; his sister Jocelyn K. Payne Brown; brother Jimmy Payne; nephew Eric Payne; grandparents Donald and Frances Payne.  A gathering of family and friends will be 3-5 pm Thursday January 4, 2018 at Jennings Farley & Seeley Funeral Home & Crematory 5591 St Rt 68 S.
