Leave a message of condolence

On August 30 Don Boysel, 69, of Zanesfield was greeted at Heaven's gate by Jesus and his beautiful daughter Natalie, fulfilling his lifelong dream. He was born April 5, 1948 to the late Paul E & Vivian (Knox) Boysel.
Our words cannot describe him. He was a loving husband, father and grandfather. The impact he had on his family will be felt for generations. He loved his family more than life itself and had a special bond with each of his grandchildren which were his first and foremost priority. Don was a prestigious cattleman and was known coast to coast for his elite cattle genetics. He enjoyed spending much of his time in South Dakota and Texas with his sons, where they held their annual cattle and bull sales. His involvement with his sons in the cattle operations was one of his most cherished times of his life. He was passionate about helping the elderly and the less fortunate and put their needs ahead of his own. His relationship with the Lord was the most important in his Life. His message to everyone would be to accept Jesus as your Savior, for this life is temporary but eternity with Jesus is forever. "And whosoever believeth in me shall never die." John 11:26
Survivors include his wife Jana (Barnes) Boysel; sons Shane (Adrienne) Boysel, Micah (Lora) Boysel, Joel (Breanna) Boysel; sisters Paula, Vickie, Marsha, Penny, Melody, Bonnie and Diane; brothers Art, Jim and Tuck Boysel; grandchildren Elizabeth, Saul, Steele, Ava, Mylee, Hadley, Asher, Hayes, Hollis and Crosten Boysel; many nieces and nephews.
He was preceeded in death by his daughter Natalie; sister Shelby and by brothers Jerry and Paul Jr.
Visitation will be held Tuesday Sept 5, from 2-8 pm at the Goshen Friends Church 5527 County Rd 153 Zanesfield, Ohio 43360. A Private family service will be held at the convenience of the family.
In Lieu of flowers contributions may be directed to Goshen Friends Church to support the elderly and underprivileged children's ministries. Arrangements are in the care of Jennings Farley Funeral Home & Crematory.

Jana and the whole family: I was saddened to hear from afar of Don\'s passing. I wish I could be there to give hugs. I greatly admired Don for his leadership in the family, the church, and the community. He will be greatly missed but remembered with fondness. Love, Art

I remember Don as a classmate, customer, friend, but most importantly as a brother in Christ who was bold in proclaiming\" the wages of sin is death, but the gift of God is eternal life through Jesus Christ Our Lord\". Don accepted God\'s gift and is right now enjoying eternal life with Jesus Christ-HIS Lord. Don has stored up many Treasures in Heaven by his unselfish Deeds and his daily living testimony \" I\'m not perfect, just forgiven\"
