Shirley Ann Stayrook, 66, of Bellefontaine passed away Sunday Nov 4, 2012. She was born July 26, 1946 in Bellefontaine the daughter of Ralph and Beatrice (Watkins) Burk. She enjoyed spending time with her family and was and avid Bingo Player. Survivors include her daughters and sons-in-law Evelyn (David) Parker, Beverly (Shawn) Shelton and Laura Stayrook (Curtis Johnson); son and daughter-in-law Ryan (Cathy) Burk; sisters Susan Craig, Barbara Ziegler and Marcia Newland; brothers Daniel, Steven, Timothy, Richard and Ronald Burk; grandchildren Kristina Slagle, Kathryn and Kallie Parker, Tanner Conwell, Micaela Lattimer, Brittany, Bethany, Brooklyn, and Bailey Burk, Stephanie and Staci Hill, Trenton Stayrook, Trevor Board, Chalsea and Kimberly McClain; great grandchildren Khloie andQuinn Slagle, Ty, Tamarra and Kanayn Conwell, Dommanik Mays, Alexis Lowe, Madisyn Kaci Hill and Levi Birt, Kaylee and Taylor Judd, Logan Blake and Peyton Gilbert. She was preceeded in death by sister Janet Burk, grandson Travis Lee Tray Stayrook and great grand daughter Gracie Joy Slagle. Memorial services will be held at the convenience of the family.
