Highland Memorial Cemetery is conveniently located next to Jennings Farley Funeral Home & Crematory on US Route 68 just north of West Liberty, Ohio. Highland Cemetery has spaces for both traditional burial and cremation urns.
At Highland Memorial Cemetery, there are some important dates and rules to keep in mind when visiting your loved one.
From November 1st to April 1st each year, bronze vases should be inverted into ground to prevent freeze damage. Grave blankets and wreaths are permitted during this time.
From April 2nd to October 31st, any decoration placed on the ACTUAL grave will be removed for the next mowing, with the exception of Memorial Day season (May 20th through June 11th).
Between April 2nd and October 31st, any decoration placed in a bronze vase will not be removed.
Owners may not plant or remove any trees, plants or shrubs without permission from the Cemetery.
No person shall place, throw, deposit, discharge, or cause to be placed, thrown, deposited or discharged, any trash, bottles or cans, refuse, rubbish, garbage, debris, scrap waste, or any other material of any kind on any path, walkway, lot or any land within the Cemetery limits.
